It is the main component of the system and is manufactured in with Pre-stressed precast concrete.
Its length runs from 16 to 30 meters. The height raises as a function of accordingto the length and the base can be 40 or 50 centimeters wide.
The beams satisfy most of common fire resistance codes without any further treatment or further application; yet easy however to increase improve the fire resistance by working on the concrete cover.
The standard fire resistance can be easily increased acting on the mold to changethe concrete cover. Double slope beams are made of high strength pre-stressed concrete with a special mix design

Put in place over the double slope beam, Double T slab can be produced in a wide variety of lengths and heights.
The basic type is made in with vibrated reinforced concrete up to the length of 11.5 meters.
For special requirements in terms of load or to increase the span, it can be used instead of pre-stressed double T slabs

This is a pre-stressed beam specially shaped for collecting rainwater into waterspouts which can be inserted in the columns, to be protected by concrete, or even placed outside the building, for easy maintenance.
Gutter waterproofing is done with bituminous membranes or metal sheet.
The system takes its name from the pediment which decorated the antique Greek temples.
It is the oldest but still up-to-date precast system for long span roofs and, typified by a roof with two slopes, is the ideal choice for large asymmetric spans due to its variable shape.
Gable is highly recommended for factories which need long span in one direction and a shorter one in the other for supporting runway beams of overhead cranes, that is usually not needed to be too long.
The main components are Double slope beam, Double T slab and Gutter beam.
Other accessories have function to assemble skylights and to install shed type windows.
Straight beams can be used to lengthen the slopes.
Corbels on the columns provide fast and easy means to support runway beams for overhead cranes.
The roof is covered with fiber cement, metal sheet or any kind of flat roofing panels.
Easy and economical, if needed, insulation can be installed to reduce the temperature inside the building and avoid any condensation problem.
FREE SPACES - The columns can be placed where they do not obstruct thanks to the flexibility of the components in terms of length and potential spacing.
SPEED OF EXECUTION – A team of 6 people can erect construct up to 500 sqm/day with the chance option to add more depending on the building size.
SOUND PROOFING – Due to the shape of the Double T and the roof fully made of concrete components, this system can give exceptional protection against noises.
LIGHTING – By simply moving or remove the double T, it’s easy to shift without difficulties, to increase or reduce the level of lighting.
SAFETY – During the construction, operators work on cherry pickers or walk on the erected roof using specific safety devices. No scaffolding is needed for the construction using this system.
