Gable (Double slope beam)
Our double sloped roof beam or “Gable” is a precast prestressed I-beam with “roof pitch”, spanning up to 30 meters in length with a width of 40 or 50 centimeters. Gable is typically designed to be integrated with TT slabs to form concrete roof.
LIGHT
“Light” is a bird-wing shaped prestressed concrete beam for roofs. Casted with high strength concrete, it can span up to 30 meters in length. The flat surface in the center of the member was developed to collect the rainwater and to make it flow to the side gutter.
SHELL
Manufactured with a special fiber reinforced concrete mix, the “Concrete shell” is a component used in combination with “Light” to form a full concrete roof system. It covers has a fixed width of 245 centimeters with any length ranging between 1 and 4 meters. The top side of the concrete shell has been designed to resemble a waffle to save weight and accommodate the insulation. In addition, the shell can be casted with openings for direct sunlight entrance or raised on one side to provide indirect lighting and/or ventilation from the roof.
