PRECAST COLUMN
The prefabricated columns can be produced with section varying from 50×50 cm to 100×120 cm and a maximum length of 22 meters. Each column can be designed with corresponding corbels to accommodate our precast concrete beams. Our precast column reinforcement and load are designed in accordance with Thai Engineering Institute of Thailand.
PRECAST PRESTRESSED BEAMS
Our line up of precast prestressed concrete beams consists of L shaped , T shaped, I shaped and rectangular shaped beams. These beams are used for supporting various concrete components such as “Double T” floor slabs, “Light” or “Gable” roof structures and wall panels. They can be designed in various lengths and cross sections to provide optimal load-bearing capacity in accordance with the client’s building requirements.
DOUBLE T
SLAB : TT
“Double T” or “TT” is a pre-stressed concrete slab which can be casted in varying width from 170-250 centimeters and varying height from 30-102 centimeters. The height of the TT slab is dependent on the amount of reinforcements required. TT slabs with depth between 95-102 will have π (pi) shaped legs to accommodate for additional reinforcements.
Function
Supported by L and Reversed T beams, TT slabs are suitable for the construction of intermediate floors in industrial buildings such as factories, ware houses, low rise offices and parking buildings. In addition, TT slabs can be used as roof structure when topped with insulation and waterproofing membrane. This is particularly useful for buildings that require flat slab roofing such as parking buildings and buildings that may require utilization of roof area. When used as a roof TT slabs can span up to 30 meters without intermediate columns.
Precast Roof Beams
Gable (Double slope beam)
Our double sloped roof beam or “Gable” is a precast prestressed I-beam with “roof pitch”, spanning up to 30 meters in length with a width of 40 or 50 centimeters. Gable is typically designed to be integrated with TT slabs to form concrete roof.
LIGHT
“Light” is a bird-wing shaped prestressed concrete beam for roofs. Casted with high strength concrete, it can span up to 30 meters in length. The flat surface in the center of the member was developed to collect the rainwater and to make it flow to the side gutter.
SHELL
Manufactured with a special fiber reinforced concrete mix, the “Concrete shell” is a component used in combination with “Light” to form a full concrete roof system. It covers has a fixed width of 245 centimeters with any length ranging between 1 and 4 meters. The top side of the concrete shell has been designed to resemble a waffle to save weight and accommodate the insulation. In addition, the shell can be casted with openings for direct sunlight entrance or raised on
one side to provide indirect lighting and/or ventilation from the roof.
Concrete Wall Panels
Our concrete wall panels are external sandwich panels
filled with polystyrene core. This provides great insulation properties for the building. Each panel can be manufactured with maximum width and length of 3 meters and 16 meters respectively. The standard thickness is 20, 25 and 28 centimetres depending on the length and the insulation required. Many finishing options are available from the factory including undercoat, painting, pigments and various exposed aggregates.
