Prestressed Concrete Piles

Tested and approved by Thai Industrial Standards Institute (code 396- 2524) as well as standards from Thai Department of Highways, the piles guarantee the highest strength and durability whether for lighting and wire support or thereby providing great like foundation work for any construction project. Our line-up of prestressed concrete piles consisted of I-shaped, Solid square, Hollow square and Corrugated sheet pile.
Prestressed Concrete Girders
Pre-tension and Post-tensioned concrete girders have been tested and approved by the Department of Highways and the Expressway Authority of Thailand. Our manufacturing process ensures the highest quality, extreme durability and the tightest tolerances. In addition to standard girders utilized by public highways, bridges and expressways. Advance Prefab Factory can produce any type of client specified girders. Our line-up of girders included I-Girders, Plank-Girders, Box-Girders and U-girders.
Precast Segment Tunnel Lining
Advance Prefab is capable of designing and manufacturing various sizes of tunnel segments such as Standard segments, Tapered segments and Steel segments for Primary Lining of tunnels with the tunnel boring machine (TBM).
Jacking Pipes
Jacking pipes are manufactured via wet process in accordance with BS 5911: Part 120 standards. The diameters range from 30 to 230 centimeters. Steel collars, stainless steel collars and PVC collars can be provided for pipes with a diameter of 60 centimeters and smaller.
Precast Shaft / Caisson
Advance Prefab offers design and manufacturing services for precast shafts in tunnel construction projects through “Open caisson sinking” method, which can save time and prevent extensive traffic problems when compared with shafts that are cast in place. Our line up of precast shafts include (but not limited to) circular shafts, rectangular shafts as well interceptors (IPC or CSO).
